Found my 300th cache at Mumbles Hill Cache which was a really picturesque one to end up on. I actually went on to do one more cache afterwards just in case I had miscounted :-)
OS GPS Convertor is a great tool for converting between coordinates for caches and can also copy/paste the results into TomTom for you as can be seen if you follow the demonstration pages
Had a good day out on Saturday with deego when we went back to the wigan area to clear some more caches that we failed to do at the cache meet a month ago. Set off from the carpark just before 9am and got to the first carpark about 9.50 and off to work. The first cache deego found and he continued to find quite a few of them throughout the day although I think we evened off at the end - but who's counting? The day was quite eventful with finding a letterbox cache - Rivington Pike (thats one more icon on the stats page) and losing (and finding) my cache on the same day. We had snow, hail and sunshine throughout the day and managed to avoid most of the bad weather as it occured whilst we were in the car working out our next cache. We also got an unexpected find in Scrabble B when I put in the new co-ordinates and we were parked about 20' away from it!
