I've never actually heard of BuyMusic.com but from what I've seen at scriptygoddess I'd be very reluctant to do so. They've had a problem burning music they've downloaded onto cd and the site has basically said its not their problem despite forcing you to use their software to burn it with. Personally I'd contact my credit card company, explain that the music is not as described (burnable onto cd) and request a refund on the credit card.
