Verizon Wireless software

Verizon software can be dowloaded from vzam.net for the pcmcia card - useful to know as it doesn't seem to be easily found on the main Verizon website

Great helpful hint for many customers of Verizon. But I have to question Verizon's customer service, why doesn't Verizon provide its' own software?
