ServicePack1 is available for Office 2003 either at officeupdate or you can download the file for distribution internally - which is more likely on a corporate network.
I've also downloaded the Outlook 2003 junk email update which replaces the March update and has more uptodate junk detection routines and also enables you to block messages by top level domain and add people you reply to onto your safe senders list. (hope a virus doesnt fake this functionality!)
If you are using the Microsoft Internet Free Busy server then note that these facilities will be removed if you use this as MIcrosoft are shutting down this service.
