Mine is sitting in a back room somewhere collecting dust since I don't have *ANY* place to display it. It's too freaken' big!
I don't remember how long it took me, but it's pretty fragle. The upper and lower skins are made up of flat wedge pieces that are stuck together with very little support. My construction site was our dining room table, so I didn't have a problem with space.
I still personally like my Lego X-Wing (Pic's here: http://www.starshipmodeler.com/starwars/ms_lxwing.htm) that apparently Lego isn't selling anymore! I wonder if my X-Wing with be worth something later... Probably not. :)
