I was looking for a way to add events to my google calendar (preferably via email) but couldn't find anything to do this. You can send a text message to GVENT but I don't have unlimited text anymore. However there is a firefox extension Google Calendar Quick Add Firefox Extension, that allows you to add an event by pressing ctrl ; in any web page (assuming you are logged into google in a session somewhere).
If anyone has an email version let me know!
