Well you have a Basil so you could name him - Oregano, Cumin or Paprika.
You have a Winston who was a great prime minister of the UK, so you could name him Thatcher, though he may be offended at being named after a woman. Our since you are on this side of the pond now you could name Reagan or Roosevelt after two great presidents that spearheaded war objectives with the UK (WWII and the Cold War).
And then you have Frankie after the great Sinatra, so you could name him Bing after Bing Crosby to compliment Frankie.
