If you have outlook and try to print an email and the font is incredibly small, then you will need the hotfix from kb932538 referenced in the article on Sandy's page. I would link to the Microsoft site but the knowledge base article is not published which explains why you can't find any details on this problem when you search in technet (sigh).
I'll be requesting this one for my customers on Monday morning as I have at least two desktops that are having this problem. The interim solution is to hit reply or forward and then print the email.
Update I installed this patch on a customer site this morning and it approximately doubles the size of the font so the printout is now just about readable - still nowhere near the size of the printout if I hit forward (or reply) and then hit print. I'm not sure how to go about sending feedback to Microsoft that this doesn't solve the problem.

The first thing most of my users do with ie7 is turn on the File menu so it looks like it used to and the tweak at dslreports means that you can put the menu back at the top of the application as it used to be. The homepage at a customer which is checking ie7 compatability was complaining that the website wanted to run name.dll from Microsoft Corporation. Unfortunately the error message doesn't really tell you WHY it needs to run the dll or what functionality you will lose if you don't trust it. BSimser posts that it is the sharepoint presence "magic". Looks like the homepage needs to be added to the trusted sites (although it should be already!). A good candidate for ensuring it is set in group policy I think! Update see Stewed Prunes on how to do this.
Update 2 - Be very careful if you do this. Adding the intranet to the trusted zone could cause the issue "The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted" when you try to connect to a sharepoint server and have added the server to your trusted sites. See this post and scroll down to March 13 2006
