In the terms and conditions of one of my credit cards, they've changed the following two things. A charge of twentyfive pounds if I'm more than one day late paying the minimum fee. Seeing as though I don't use the card anyway (and pay in time if I do) that doesn't bother me too much - although that is a complete ripoff fee - Don't know how they justify it.
The second and more worrying thing is that they reserve the right to record any and all phone numbers that I call them from! I am *so* tempted to ring them from every public phone box that I can find. Why they need this information I don't know. I didn't give them my home number when I signed the paperwork and I don't want them having access to any of my other phone numbers either. Witholding callerid is not always possible (if ringing from work) or something you would remember to do either (and they could then block number-withheld calls).
